These Terms of Service govern the use of the Mindly platform, provided by Mindseed E.E.. By using the service you fully accept these terms.

2. Service Description

Mindly is a SaaS platform for creating and managing AI agents for websites, including AI conversations, Knowledge Base, analytics, lead capture and website integration.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Registration and use of the service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

4. Plans & Billing

• Starter: €35/month — 1 agent, 100 conversations, 1,000 messages
• Growth: €79/month — 5 agents, 1,000 conversations, 10,000 messages
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

Prices exclude 24% VAT. Annual billing offers a 17% discount.

5. Trial Period

New users receive a free 7-day trial. After expiry, service is suspended until a plan is selected.

6. Acceptable Use

Use of the platform for illegal activities, spam, copyright infringement or server abuse is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

The software and platform features are owned by Mindseed E.E. Clients retain ownership of their own content.

8. Privacy

Data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy. We fully comply with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Total liability does not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billed period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Athens.
