• Account data: Name, email, password (hashed), company details
• Usage data: Agent conversations, messages, timestamps
• Technical data: Browser user agent, session cookie, access logs
• Payment data: Payments via bank transfer. We do not store card details.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing and improving the Mindly service
• Billing and subscription management
• Technical support and communication
• Usage analytics to improve the platform
• Legal obligations

4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract performance (Art. 6§1b): To provide the service

5. Data Transfers

Your data is stored exclusively on servers within the EU. May be transferred to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), banks and SMTP providers.

• Account data: While active + 12 months after deletion
• Conversation data: 24 months from creation
• Logs: 90 days
